When Bilboquet’s Manhattan regulars sought a ‘summer home’ away from home, they flocked East to Sag Harbor’s favorite rendez-vous. Set along a picturesque marina, it’s the place to enjoy creative cocktails, sip a glass of rosé or enjoy le bar à huitres with the freshest sourced seafood. Crowd along the boisterous, horseshoe-shaped main bar or dance to late night music spun by Bilbo’s famed weekend DJ. Drawing from its flagship upper East Side menu, Sag Harbor brings Bilboquet aficionados their beloved classics– like the Cajun chicken and the tuna tartare–along with delicious daily specials. Sail, bike or ride your way to its St. Tropez vibe on this side of the Atlantic.

Attire Guidelines
Most of our guests are here to celebrate a special event--such as a birthday or anniversary-- or they are simply here to enjoy a beautiful meal with friends. Our guests take into consideration the elegant atmosphere we have created. It's one of the reasons they come.
Our Golden Rule: Dress to Impress!
No beach attire, including--but not limited to-- flip-flops (or similar “beach” shoes), shorts, cover-ups, swim trunks and bathing suits. We don't have ball fields, courts, or courses inside, so we'd appreciate it if you leave behind the sports caps, sweatshirts, sweatpants, athletic shorts, and team shirts/uniforms. (Unless you've just won the Super Bowl!) We applaud free expression but prefer that it not be emblazoned on your t-shirt, your hat, or another garment. Please refrain from clothing or accessories that display divisive, political, or otherwise offensive sayings or images.
Outside wine and liquor are not permitted— don’t worry, we’ve got you covered with the best wine selection and a full bar.
