Le Bilboquet Sag Harbor offers many favorites from the East 60th Street spot, like the Poulet Cajun, Delgrange’s own recipe, Tartare de Boeuf Frites et Salade and the signature Tartare de Thon. There are additions of summer edibles such has the Catch of the Day and a Crudo bar in the center of the bar area.

A home away from home, Le Bilboquet’s Marina in Sag Harbor is the favorite rendez-vous for all the aficionados of the Upper East Side bistro opened in 1986. Le Bilboquet Sag Harbor serves the Legendary Cajun chicken (Philippe Delgrange’s own recipe) tuna tartare, as well as all the eatery’s classics. Le “Bar a Huitres” brings the freshest seafood from Out East and is prepared with daily specials curated by our head chef. The restaurant features indoor and outdoor seating with amazing water views and sunsets however there are no requests or guaranteed tables. Coming for just a drink? Yes sir! The horseshoe main bar is the heart of the restaurant, punctuated with loud music on the weekends, summer cocktails, and of course Rosé by the glass, or Magnum.
